On October 18th, the “Recommended List of the First Batch of Digital Twin Irrigation District Models” released by the Department of Agriculture, Water Resources, and Hydropower of the Ministry of Water Resources ended. The “Irrigation District Water Resource Allocation and Dispatch Model” of Huitu Technology Group, a subsidiary of Dayu Irrigation, and the “Irrigation District Canal System Optimization and Water Distribution Model” of Leshui Xinyuan Company, a subsidiary of Dayu Irrigation, were successfully selected.
A total of 53 models have been applied for by various scientific research, universities, and enterprise units nationwide, and 13 models have been selected for the recommendation list after expert evaluation. This selection marks the recognition of relevant technologies in Dayu Digital Twin Irrigation District by industry regulatory authorities and experts, highlighting the company’s strong technical strength and rich industry experience. At the same time, it lays a solid foundation for the rapid development and continuous expansion of the company’s digital twin business.

Through efforts, the digital twin business of Dayu Huitu Technology has gained comprehensive momentum through continuous exploration, gradually becoming a system, covering a wider range of fields, and improving its technical level. Currently, it has achieved significant results in the digital twin construction of multiple projects such as the Shule River Basin, Ouyanghai Irrigation District, Dayu Irrigation District, Yuanmou Irrigation District, and Xi’an Flood and Drought Disaster Monitoring and Warning.
Among them, the digital twin Ouyanghai Irrigation District and the digital twin Shule River Basin were selected for the recommended list of pilot application cases for the construction of digital twin basins by the Ministry of Water Resources (2022), ranking among 32 excellent cases, forming replicable and promotable application results.
